Grilled salmon
Ingredients:
Get 3-4 pieces of salmon (5-8 oz each)
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
Fresh ground pepper
Salt
Teaspoon sesami oil
Direction:
Combine all ingredients and then let marinade until salmon is at room temperature. Then grill for 3 minutes on each side and flip 1 time.
Sautéed Spinach:
ingredients
Big bag of spinach (organic from Costco) rise again
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sesami oil
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
Add salt, pepper & sugar to taste if needed
Directions:
In a wok, add all oil and garlic and brown garlic. Add oyster sauce and then slowly add spinach. It'll shrink down to nothing so I use the entire bag. Slowly adding a handful at a time and stir until all cooked. Toss in sesami seeds and mix evenly. Add pepper, salt or sugar to taste.
