Lobster avocado grilled cheese

Ingredients

1 lobster tail or fully cooked lobster/de-shelled and sliced into small pieces.
1 ripe avocado
4 slices of cheese I use Muenster
butter
sour dough or any type of bread
salt & pepper to taste

Take your cooked lobster meat and cut into small pieces and sauté in a pan with butter and salt. See below:

In a larger pan on medium heat - add 1/2 tablespoon butter and spread over your large pan. Then add 2 slices of bread. And flip and then do same to other side so each side is toasted and has a little butter. Then lay down your cheese down and then top with cooked lobster. On other piece of bread lay your avocados. You can use mayo but for me the avocado is rich and creamy enough. Continue to toast until the bottom of each slice of bread is brown and the cheese is melted.
