Inspired by eating a Chilean Seabass in a miso ginger sauce, I thought it would taste good with this easier to find fish! And I was right! So easy to make.
ingredient:
2 pounds of salmon cut in 6 ounce pieces (serves 6) lightly pepper and use a brush to coat the fish with the sauce below and prepare for grilling.
Marinade and broth/Mix together:
1/2 cup of low sodium soy
2 tablespoon of brown sugar
1/2 cup of water
1 tbsp of miso paste
Cilantro for garnish
1tsp sesame oil
pepper for seasoning fish
In a small pan:
Sautée ginger in a tbsp olive oil and then add the remaining sauce above and let simmer. Add 1/2 cup of water to dilute the sauce so it's not too salty.
