Nuoc Mam (Spicy Fish Sauce)

Most people. Amy make this right! But his is pretty much so that easy to make! For those who like it less thick, for spring rolls or noodles, just dilute the drinking water. But this sauce is mainly for chicken wings or steak sauce! Sometimes you can add this to seafood like grilled blood claims or oysters!


3 tablespoon fish sauce
6 tablespoon sugar
Juice of a full lime or lemon
2 Thai chili (use scissors to cut up in fine pieces)
2 garlic cloves (minced or micro planed)
Chopped Thai basil (finely chopped or slices)


Put in a bowl and heat in microwave for 30 seconds

Stir it up and add lemon juice
Then take a microplane blade and grate the garlic into mixture.


Take a pair of cooking scissors and cut up the Thai chili into tiny slices.


Then take the same scissors and cut up the basil into the mix and you're done.
